Super quick and easy Garlic Butter Chicken with fresh rosemary and cheese. The perfect one pan Chicken dinner for any night of the week.

Preheat oven to 375F

lightly grease a baking dish with a pat of butter

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer on a baking dish and set aside.

add butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stir frequently.

stir in the rosemary and remove from heat. Pour in prepared garlic butter over the chken breasts and bake for 32 minutes or until internal temp is 165F.

sprinkle with cheese and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove and let stand for a few minutes, transfer to a serving plate and spoon sauce over the chicken.
