step 1

Wash the cabbage and pat dry

step 2

Chop the cabbage and place in the food processor

step 3

use the chop function to shred it into smaller pieces

step 4

chop the red bell pepper and scallions into small pieces

step 5

heat the olive oil in a large skillet, then add the bell pepper and scallions and stir for a minute or two on medium low heat.

step 6

Add the cabbage, salt, pepper and bouillon powder and stir till it begins to soften

step 7

Stir and leave on medium heat for 5 minutes

step 8

Serve and enjoy
